In the past week, at our house, we ate beets, swiss chard, cinnamon, pom juice, frozen blueberries. This week I am planning cabbage and pumpkin (actually winter squash), more blueberries, pom juice. Maybe I'll toss in pumpkin seeds.. You can learn. Yum yum.

Great article. Aren’t dried plums also call ‘prunes’? Tumeric is found in most mustards, btw.
